About Us

Our farm is a family operation with a strong dedication to the care of the land and the livestock it provides for.  Passed down through the family for 4 generations. The farm consisted of approximately 30 cow calf pairs and growing the crops to feed and sustain those animals. In the early 2000s the father son team decided to leave their full-time jobs to focus on the family farm. The operation now looks a little different to support two family incomes. We manage 125 cow calf pairs and a backgrounding operation of 300 head. We raise around 500 acres of hay and grain crops to provide for the cattle during winter months and another 500 acres of pasture sustain the cattle during the grazing season.

For generations, our family farm has been dedicated to raising livestock with care and pride. We’re committed to preserving this tradition by offering direct-to-consumer sales as a way for the consumer to purchase a nutrient-dense product they can trust. Offering a connection between the farmer and the consumer.

Research shows that a healthy soil will grow a more nutrient dense crop which in turn will raise a healthier more nutrient dense animal which in the end allows us to market a healthier more nutrient dense product. 

“It is my goal to make that concept a reality on our farm.  I make decisions based on the health of the land and the animals I care for while trying to make the farm profitable.  I am a perfectionist that strives to raise the best product I possibly can.  My goals are to market everything I raise directly to consumers.  My father and I do all the work ourselves therefore we can be sure that things are done right.  I feel like I can produce a superior product and do it in a way that is better for the land and environment.  I strive to set our farm apart and I'm not afraid to be different to do that.”- Ben
